Personal Training Programs

Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed for individuals who are looking to make changes to their personal health and fitness and who are ready to work hard. Our program is ideal for those who have no illness or injury and has some working knowledge of health and fitness.

Client is required to be in good health and have some experience working out prior to program enrollment. We offer low, medium, and high intensity workouts based on experience and desired goal. Routines are designed to target the entire body utilizing a variety traditional, functional, and strength movements.

Post Rehabilitation

Our goal is to provide you with complete recovery from your injury or disease. Designed for individuals who are recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Due to the nature of most soft tissue and joint problems, the probability of a more complete recovery is enhanced through a structured approach to exercise. We also include exercises for special populations. 

Requirements prior to the start of your program are as follows; 1. clearance for program from your physical therapist or surgeon, 2. assessment and evaluation testing with our trainer, and 3. consultation to discuss program requirements.

Typically post rehabilitation clients meet with a trainer a minimum of 2 to 3 times per week. Frequency of training will be discussed during your consultation prior to the start of program.

Weight Loss

Our weight loss program is comprehensive, effective and designed for women who are looking to lose 60+ lbs. We also strive to make the programs healthy, sustainable, and affordable. No deprivation or restrictive diets.

We offer custom workouts that you can do from the comfort of your home with a qualified trainer there to guide you the entire workout. No fancy health club membership or special costly equipment required to achieve desired results.

Client will meet with personal trainer 2 to 3 times per week and will be required to follow assigned workout plan 1 to 2 times per week. frequency of trainer sessions and assigned workouts will be determined during consultation appointment.

Client will meet with a weight loss nutrition coach once per month and receive a 30 day plan. Client will also have access to unlimited email and text support in between nutrition coaching sessions.

Client will also meet one time per month with a weight loss mindset and behavior coach. Client will have access to unlimited email and text support in between coaching sessions.

*If you have less that 60 lbs. to lose please speak with our enrollment department about one of our online challenge programs.

Online Training Programs

An online personal trainer can help you reach your health and fitness goals in the convenience of your home, office, or personal space. Offering the same level of high quality service our live in person program offers. Best of all the program is cost effective. We are currently offering General Strength & Conditioning and our Weight Loss Programs online.

Our online weight management programs have been designed to help you loose weight and inches in a scientifically sound and healthy manner. We tailor the program to meet your unique personal needs and lifestyle.
